Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental.
Weather Policy:
If the weather conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., thunderstorms, high winds), we reserve the right to cancel the rental. Customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
