1. Agreement to Terms By renting a jetski from Sky Coast Sports, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Rental Requirements

• Renters must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

3. Safety Regulations

• Renters must comply with all safety regulations and instructions provided by Sky Coast Sports staff.
• Life jackets must be worn at all times while operating the jetski.

4. Liability Waiver

• Renters must sign a liability waiver before taking possession of the jetski. Sky Coast Sports is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the rental period.

5. Damages

• Renters are responsible for any damages to the jetski during the rental period. A charge will be applied for any necessary repairs.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
